Can I renew my SSL certificate?

You can renew your SSL certificate without further documentation, providing you meet the following criteria:

i) You ordered the certifciate with SecureSSL.co.uk or through CPanel

ii) Your company and domain whois information (address and name) have not changed since your original order

How do I renew my SSL certificate?

i) Renewals require a CSR (as with new orders). You can either generate a new CSR for your existing certificate or supply your original CSR.

ii) Begin the order process as normal by selecting a certificate product here.

iii) On step 2 of the order process (address details etc), select 'YES' in the renewal section:

Please also type your previous order number in the box provided, which will speed up the renewal process.
